Altered Photos < prev   Index   Next > "Rain" This picture was taken on a rainy day and all I kept noticing on this gray day were the cars’ brake lights flashing. To reflect that view, I changed the picture to black and white and changed the levels. Then I added back the color of the brake lights so that they really stood out.
